Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Maple Fun Arcade (maplefunarcade.com) is operated by Maple Fun Arcade Ltd., registered at 100 King Street West, Suite 5700, Toronto, Ontario M5X 1C7, Canada(the “operator”, “we”, “us”). Maple Fun Arcade is a free-to-play entertainment website offering slot-style games played exclusively with virtual coins. It is not a gambling service: no money or thing of value is staked, and nothing of value can be won.

2. Eligibility

The service is intended for an adult audience aged 19 or older. It is not directed at minors, and by using the service you confirm that you meet the age threshold that applies where you live. Maple Fun Arcade is intended for players in Canada.

3. The games and virtual coins

Everything you play with on Maple Fun Arcade— the starting balance, free coin grants, and every win in Marshal's Gold, Kraken's Bounty and Mjölnir's Fury — is denominated in virtual coins. In plain language:

• Coins have no monetary value. They are play tokens inside the service and nothing more.
• Coins cannot be bought, sold, transferred, redeemed or cashed out. There is no store, no purchase path, and no way to exchange coins for money, goods, prizes or anything else of value, inside or outside the service.
• Coins exist only inside the service. Your balance is stored in your own browser (local storage). It may be adjusted or reset — for example, clearing your browser data erases your balance, and we may change starting or grant amounts at any time.
• Free coins are a courtesy, not consideration. Coins are granted free and their grant creates no entitlement, balance guarantee or property right.
• The service is not gambling. Because no money or thing of value is staked and none can be won, playing the games is not gambling and this site holds no gambling licence — nor does it need one.

4. Fair play and acceptable use

You agree not to:

• exploit bugs, automate play, or manipulate the games or your coin balance outside normal play;
• scrape, copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the games, their math configurations or any part of the service;
• use the service in any unlawful way or misrepresent it as a real-money gambling product.

We may change, suspend or retire games or features at any time — the arcade is a living product.

5. Intellectual property

The games, their artwork, math models, names and features, the Maple Fun Arcade name and mark, and all site content are the property of the operator or its licensors. You get a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to play; no other rights are granted.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”, for entertainment only, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for lost coin balances, interruptions, or any indirect loss arising from use of a free service.

Practice or success at social casino gaming does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
